My name's Kei Mathias, and I'm an integrative counsellor. Integrative counselling means that I use a lot of different kinds of therapy techniques and integrate them. We can work together to find out what might be the most helpful approach for you.
Whether you're a teenager feeling overwhelmed, a young adult trying to make sense of things, or anyone facing the messiness of life, you're not alone, and you're in the right place.
Reaching out for support isn't always easy. It takes courage to say, “We’re struggling” or “I need someone to talk to.” But I also believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

People navigate all sorts of challenges: anxiety, stress, depression, family conflict, school or uni pressure, identity, self-worth, friendships, big transitions, or just feeling stuck. Sometimes the hardest part is figuring out what's really going on underneath it all. That’s where counselling can really help.

My approach is honest, gentle, and down-to-earth. I'm not here to fix you or tell you who to be - I'm here to walk alongside you, ask the right questions, and help you find clarity in your own way and at your own pace.

Whether you're a parent trying to reconnect with your teen, a person feeling lost, or a young adult facing the messiness of growing up, you deserve to be listened to and supported.

If anything in these words resonates with you, feel free to reach out - I’d love to hear your story.
I’m someone who finds inspiration in lots of different places - whether that’s getting lost in hip-hop, rock, soul, or funk, experimenting with new recipes, or spending time in nature watching wildlife. I love reading, exploring new places, going to the gym, and diving into movies. I’m also a big fan of board games and drawing. These interests help me stay curious, creative, and grounded.
